A 26-year-old Colombian man was fatally shot by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Maine in front of his family, including his toddler daughter. The man, whose name has not yet been released, had an outstanding arrest warrant and was the subject of an immigration enforcement operation. It remains unclear when the warrant was issued or the circumstances that led to it.
