The U.S. has launched retaliatory strikes against Iran after the Middle Eastern country fired a missile at a cargo ship attempting to cross the Strait of Hormuz. In response to the strikes, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) declared the strait closed until further notice, according to a statement.
