Hotels currently sitting very high on my bucket list as someone who spends a third of the year scouting some of the most special properties in the world. 1. Limewood, New Forest @limewoodhotel A countryside classic I keep hearing glowing things about from British friends. Georgian manor house, incredible food, and a more authentic version of the English countryside. 2. Singita Pamushana, Zimbabwe @singita_ Ultra-remote, wildly private and overlooking the Malilangwe Dam (not the Zambezi disregard my verbal claim😅) But the I’ve never met a Singita property I didn’t love, and this one looks extra special. 3. Six Senses Bhutan @sixsensesbhutan While not one single hotel, they offer a collection of lodges across Bhutan. I’m so keen to visit, especially because I love the way Six Senses approaches luxury thoughtfully (while rooted in, sustainability). 4.
