I went to bedners_farm a couple days ago and bought the perfect short fat fresh egg eggplant, fusilloni pasta which is like a fat, beautiful fusilli pasta ( which I will give you a link to buy that if you can’t find) , fresh basil, a beautiful can of San Marzano, tomatoes, garlic, and onions! And I came straight home and made this unbelievable delicious pasta alla Norma!
