Throughout her career at UMBC, she has demonstrated an outstanding ability to manage the operational details that are essential to the success of a collegiate athletics program,” said Hoover “Her experience overseeing equipment operations, ticketing, game-day management, and team logistics at the Division I level gives her a well-rounded perspective that will immediately benefit our departmental operation.”
