I’m excited to share that my six-episode limited series, Halfway House, has been named the Winner – Television Series Category at the 2026 Charlotte Black Film Festival. This recognition represents years of hard work, perseverance, and the incredible dedication of our cast and crew. I’m deeply grateful to the Charlotte Black Film Festival for recognizing our series and providing a platform for independent storytellers. A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding cast, including Sticky Fingaz, Maino, Dennis L.A. White, Patrick Faucette, Gary A. Sturgis, Damion Hall, and my producers, Shacola Thompson, Carole Copeland, and everyone who contributed their talent and passion to this project.
