Last week, we had the honor of welcoming California State Senator Caroline Menjivar to Sycamores! Her visit was an opportunity to share how Sycamores’ Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams (MCOT) support the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in L.A. County with in-person mobile crisis services. Senator Menjivar dived deep into understanding our operations—from what happens when we receive crisis calls, the sources of these calls, to the impactful outcomes we achieve.
