Christian Jones, the manager of LA Laker Russell Westbrook’s Honor the Gift store, visited the boys at our residential campus last week. Christian, a resident in one of Sycamores’ group homes almost 20 years ago, brought gift cards, Honor the Gift swag bags filled with shirts, hats, and socks, and lunch donated by sweetgreen. Christian shared his inspiring personal journey with the boys, stressing that he was just like them when he was a teen. The boys had a great afternoon and were THRILLED with their gifts.
