When Minnesota launched the COVID-19 Community Coordinator (CCC) initiative in late 2020, the goal was clear: partner with trusted community organizations to reach populations disproportionately impacted by COVID-19. Six years later, as the initiative enters its final phase, the impact goes well beyond testing and vaccination.
