The Duluth City Hall steps were the center of activity for International Overdose Awareness Day – 8/31. Recovery Alliance Duluth and City of Duluth were joined by dozens to honor those in recovery, and those impacted by overdose. In 2020, there was a record number of overdose deaths – 1008 Minnesota residents. Each one is a preventable death.
