When you get a COVID-19 vaccine, you’ll get a card that has the name of the vaccine you got and the date. Hang onto it! You can also take a picture of it on your phone. If you lose your card in-between shots, it’s ok. Just ask for a new one when you get your second dose and ask them to record the first dose on it.
