Studies have found that our nation’s young people are one of the loneliest generations. Youth are growing up in a world where technology and social media have given a false sense of connectedness. In order to combat isolation, teenagers need a venue where they can be seen, heard, validated, and understood. Group work is one of the best ways to help adolescents know that they are not alone in the issues they face.
