In Minnesota, where can a mom and baby breastfeed? ANYTIME. ANYWHERE. Minnesota Statute 145.905 says a mother may breastfeed in any location, public or private, where the mother and child are otherwise authorized to be. Breastfeeding is not considered indecent exposure. While a mother can opt to find a private place or use a cover if she feels more comfortable that way, it is not a requirement.
