What a fun-filled weekend at the Montevideo Veterans Home! ⚾🐰 Veteran Residents kicked off the fun celebrating the Minnesota Twins home opener in style—grilled brats, ice cream sundaes, baseball bingo and plenty of prizes! A huge thank you to the District 7 American Legion Auxiliary, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 24 and District 5 VFW Auxiliary for sponsoring such a fantastic day. The excitement continued Saturday as the Home proudly hosted the Montevideo Area Chamber of Commerce Easter Egg Extravaganza. Residents had a blast helping fill and stuff eggs and it was so special to welcome families and watch the kids enjoy the festivities.
