When staff at the Silver Bay Veterans Home asked Residents what they’d like to do for fall fun, the overwhelming response was “invite kids in!” So that’s exactly what they did this Halloween! The Home kicked things off with Halloween Bingo in our Spooky Great Room, followed by a matinee showing of Monsters Inc., complete with popcorn and orange floats. Then we welcomed trick-or-treaters for an afternoon full of smiles, laughter, and plenty of candy! Our staff and volunteers, including our amazing Jr. Volunteers, joined in the fun, too.
