State Fair Fun, Right at Home! 🎡 Last Friday, Minnesota Veterans Homes - Minneapolis brought the magic of the State Fair to their own backyard! From lively concerts and the Baron of Bubbles’ enchanting creations, to carnival games, a petting zoo and our very own Machinery Hill, there was something for everyone. The craft and vegetable-growing competitions brought out plenty of blue-ribbon smiles, and of course, no fair is complete without the flavors we love: cheese curds, mini donuts, corn dogs, strawberries & cream, ice cream and the classic pork chop or chicken on a stick.
