On Sunday evening, 14 Residents from the Minnesota Veterans Homes - Fergus Falls enjoyed an incredible concert experience with Oh! Black Water, a Classic Tributes Live band, celebrating the legendary sounds of the Doobie Brothers and the Steve Miller Band.
