Few people today are aware that this little car, the Stout Scarab, ever existed. Designed and built by William Bushnell Stout, nine Scarabs were made between 1935-36, and only five exist today.    Editor-at-large A.J. Baime spent time with owner of Leon’s Frozen Custard, Ron Schneider who owns two of the remaining Scarabs.
