Ruf just brought out a prototype of its all-new, 1000-plus-hp, twin-turbo, flat-8 boxer engine at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.     The 4.8-liter flat-8 is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Ruf stuffed the powerplant into a modified CTR3 for a proper demonstration at the event.
