Back-to-back race weekends are my favorite 🤩 I’m currently recovering from the 6k Champs & gearing up for the 8k Champs, and there’s no better way to do that than spinning the legs (while simultaneously getting humbled and absolutely cooked 🥵😂) My super shoes ( topoathletic Specter 3) definitely carried me through today. They’re lightweight and responsive, but less aggressive than traditional super shoes because they don’t have a carbon plate. They’re a perfect shoe for a day like today where I don’t need to hit any specific paces, just get in some solid work.
