From ice fishing to ice skating! It's hard to believe that this was just a few days ago, as our lakes are now melting under a warm sun. We are grateful to the Foggia family who organize "Nate Skate" in memory of their son, Nate, who lived for a brief time in 2015. Each year their friends and family come together in remembrance and raise money for Crescent Cove, even though we did not yet exist to serve them for Nate's final days. #PediatricHospice #MakingMomentsCount
