One of the greatest gifts I was able to give my boys is the ability to live freely as their true selves. Run, jump, scream, dance & play in your own space. From school to organized sports and tutoring young boys are told to suppress not only their feelings but also that natural energy God gave them. Boyd’s are curious, rambunctious and often times unpredictable. Giving them a space at home to do and try all the things they see, free from judgement and rules created to make the world easier for the adults managing them on the daily was a major priority for me.
