#Repost: 𝑳𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑼𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆 The City of Mebane is happy to share that 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 will partially 𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 this 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟕, at 6 a.m. Park hours will remain 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The following areas will be open for public use: ✅ Trails ✅ Playgrounds ✅ Picnic shelters ✅ Approved fishing piers where signs indicate they may be used Picnic shelters will also be available to rent again through CivicRec. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: Lake and water access remain 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞. This includes: ❌ No shoreline access ❌ No bank fishing ❌ No fishing from closed piers or floating docks ❌ No kayaking, canoeing, or boating ❌ No use of the boat ramp ❌ No entering or approaching the water Visitors must stay at least 𝟏𝟎 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 at all times and follow all posted signs, barriers, and instructions.
