Nebraska Athletics announced Wednesday that Husker Softball Head Coach Rhonda Revelle has signed a contract extension that runs through the 2031 season. In addition, the softball program has finalized its coaching staff and responsibilities for the 2027 season.
Revelle, the winningest coach in Nebraska athletics history, earned the contract extension after leading the Huskers to one of their most prolific seasons in school history in 2026. Revelle’s 34th season at the helm of Nebraska softball was one of her best, as she brought the Big Red back to the Women’s College World Series for the first time since 2013. NU posted a school-record 52 wins and was the Big Ten regular season and tournament champions.
