On Tuesday, May 13, KFI joined Allina Health's Abbott Northwestern Hospital and the project team in celebrating the topping-off of their new R.M. Schulze Surgical & Critical Care Center. KFI is providing ongoing commissioning services for this 10-story, 660,000 square-foot hospital addition, which will include 30 future flexible operating rooms that support the rapid evolution of medical technology and surgical techniques. It’s also the first building on Abbott Northwestern’s Campus to target LEED certification. The hospital expects to open the building to patients in August of 2026. #FindaWay #HealthcareEngineering
