Killeen Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early this morning on Monte Carlo Lane. Just after 2 a.m., officers responded to a home in the 1900 block of Monte Carlo Lane and found two people with gunshot wounds. A 22 year old woman was found unconscious inside the residence and later pronounced deceased. A male victim was also located and is currently receiving medical care. Detectives are actively working this case and gathering information.
