🚨 Traffic Alert: As of 7:30 p.m., Nov. 3 A large transport truck has jackknifed near Hunan Palace Chinese Restaurant off Interstate 14/U.S. Highway 190 in Harker Heights. Traffic coming into Killeen from Harker Heights is being diverted onto the access road. Crews are on scene working to clear the roadway. Expect delays near the W. Central Texas Expressway exits and use alternate routes if possible.
