TEMPORARY BOIL WATER NOTICE IN EFFECT FOR ONLY DESIGNATED FORT HOOD AREAS Upfront, this is NOT a Fort Hood-wide boil water notice. No housing areas, as well as any other areas not listed below, will need to boil water. Only designated areas of #FortHood buildings will be issued a temporary boil water notice over the next several days as water is restored to those areas through water pipes that were recently repaired from damage caused by the severe weather last week. Once issued, the boil water notice will be in effect until lab testing indicates safe water flowing from water pipes within the designated areas. Starting Tuesday, Feb. 23, buildings in the 41000 Block, as well as ones in the immediate area surrounding the Mission Training Center and the Rod and Gun Club, will be issued temporary boil water notices as a precautionary measure as water is returned to those areas .
