🚨 Big Changes for Army Enlisted Soldiers! 🚨 Starting Oct. 1, 2024, the Army is dropping the requirement for all enlisted Soldiers to complete the Distributed Leader Course (DLC I-VI). The DLC, once known as Structured Self-Development (SSD), has been a key prerequisite for attending NCO Professional Military Education (PME) since 2010. After a directive from the Army Chief of Staff, a review of all online training requirements led to this decision. The Army determined there would be minimal impact on learning outcomes without the DLC.
