It’s officially hot boy summer and our alpaca boys, Bruno and Gustavo (Gus) are cooling off in the splash pad. These two adorable boys came to the Zoo earlier this year but have recently been named by their Animal Care team. With the Colorado heat, we keep our herd comfortable with plenty of shade, water, and enrichment. The boys have since been sheared for summer, so don't be surprised if they look a little different (and a lot cooler) when you see them. Come say hi to Bruno and Gus on your next visit!
