Hellmann’s Best Foods is on the hunt for America’s official sandwich and this is my submission for Colorado! The Denver Omelet Sandwich Just like the classic, onions, peppers, ham, cheese in a egg-cellent omelet  but with my own twist.  I add roasted poblano peppers and  homemade roasted poblano aioli made from bestfoodsmayonnaise creamy, tangy classic mayonnaise. I also melt a little ghost pepper or pepper jack for a little kick.
