I’m going to keep this simple: Like my dear friends at
love.futbol, I want every kid to have a place to play.
Because through sports, and this beautiful game in particular, so many valuable life skills can be learned and sharpened, i.e. working together, overcoming obstacles, problem-solving, accountability, discipline, sportsmanship, how to communicate, how to listen, and the list goes on and on!
It also allows the kids to be a part of something bigger than themselves and the thrill that comes from being part of a team or making a difference in your community.
Which gets me back to
love.futbol and the incredible organizations they are partnering with here in the United States and around the world.
