That’s why I teach women over 40 to stop fearing food and start building meals that work for their bodies. 💪 Prioritize 30 to 40 grams of protein at every meal. 🥑 Don’t fear healthy fats. Your hormones need them. 🥔 Eat quality carbs to fuel your workouts and build lean muscle. 🥦 Aim for 25 to 35 grams of fiber each day to stay full and support gut health. 💧 Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. 🏋️ Lift weights.
