The Italian Beef Barbacoa Torta 👀👀 I'm collaborating with my pals at Big Star to bring you the most Chicago torta ever Inspired our cities favorite sandwich, it's topped with braised Italian beef spiced barbacoa, charro beans, rajas, chihuahua cheese, and of course my giardiniera salsa!
