Before you toss your boarding pass, read this. A client recently returned from Europe after flying in First Class, only to discover that the airline had credited the flight miles to the wrong loyalty program. With a trip of this magnitude, those miles represented a significant value. Fortunately, they had saved their boarding passes. Armed with the documentation and through our relationships with the airline, we were able to work behind the scenes to have the miles properly credited to the correct account. Without the boarding passes, resolving the issue would have been much more difficult and, in some cases, impossible.
