Our original Indigo Gin meets juicy lychee, hibiscus tea, and a velvety foam topping for the prettiest sip of the season 😍 LYCHEE LUSH ◦1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin ◦3 Lychees, Canned ◦1 oz Lychee Juice ◦¾ oz Strong Brewed Hibiscus Tea, Cooled ◦½ Lemon, Juiced ◦½ oz Simple Syrup ◦1 Egg White METHOD: Place the lychees in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, lychee juice, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Cap and shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds.
