#TSRTrialWatch: #LilDurk’s defense team including attorneys #BrianSteel and Drew Findling, got recently added RICO charges excluded from the rapper’s upcoming trial beginning on Aug 20th. __________________________ The case’s judge, Michael Fitzgerald ordered that two RICO charges added in June be dropped and tried at a later date. This means, Durk isn’t completely out the woods in regards to RICO charges, but won’t face them in the coming months. He is still up against several charges including, one count of murder for hire, one count of murder for hire resulting in death, and the use and/or possession of firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death. __________________________ As previously reported the charges against Durk stem from what prosecutors believe to be a murder for hire plot against rapper #QuandoRondo.
