I’ve been thinking a lot about culinary traditions. I never really grew up with any, and certainly not around the holidays. While this is not the first time jewelry has inspired me in the kitchen, and nor will it be the last (thanks to my davidyurman family)  — — It is however the first time I’ve thought about what sort of things Mizu and I will do together in the kitchen. What her favorite cookies will be, how she’ll feel about having breakfast for dinner, or if she’ll wanna wake up early with me to make bread? — - I wonder if she’ll also wanna make hard candy inspired by her jewelry?
