Pan de Cristal with Green Beans and Marcona Pesto — — Phew, well it’s certainly been quite the summer for me. There’s been many transitions and changes for me, some of them harder than others. But this recipe? This one isn’t hard at all. With this one, I was honestly just trying to normalize putting something on toast that isn’t avocado (no shade though) Before anyone gets mad at me for not including the bread recipe here, you should know that this bread takes almost three days to make and is incredibly labor intensive. I will be including this recipe in a project I’m releasing next year, and I don’t want anyone upset with me when they read how labor intensive it is.
