Kicking off our Heart of Soccer Unity Project Series with Junior Coach - Erikson Andrade! ⚽💙 Erikson is a rising senior at Tech Boston Academy and one of the younger leaders in our workforce development program. Since he first started coaching with us last summer, Erikson has continued to show up through the fall and winter seasons eager to learn, growing in his confidence, finding his coaching voice, and becoming a consistent presence for our grassroots players. Quiet, thoughtful, and steady, Erikson leads in a way that makes kids feel supported.
