For many, wellness starts with a gym membership, a morning walk or a meditation app. For MiA Jumpp, it begins with water, sound and a deliberate return to stillness. Through BACK TO NTR, the healing arts community she founded, Jumpp recently launched the first stop of The Moonlight Medicine Tour, an islandwide series of floating sound bath experiences designed to bring people “back to nature and back to self”.
