These four albums give me absolute joy. They’re on constant repeat. johnlegend’s Get Lifted is a true masterpiece - I'm giving it a special mention because I never truly appreciated it till recently. It feels like a rich dessert: layered, poetic, and lyrically satisfying. Every track gets it's full moment, not just noise or throwaway words filled with profanity. I love knowing what song comes next. I love flipping through the lyric booklet when I want to sit with the words.
