Now you know the truth. This doesn’t mean I stop being @thebodybuildingvegan I have to to be able to get through every single day doing what I do. But, that doesn’t mean I’m also not John Thomas. The boy who went vegetarian at 10 and vegan at 13 - who felt so alone for so long. Who never spoke up because he was so scared for people to know that he’s vegan. Who is still scared to show up and speak out - but pushes through because he’s not alone anymore. Now, I’m trying to catch up on all of the years I lost for not speaking up for the animals.
