I’m Addy Nichols, and I have the privilege of serving as Vice President of Member Development for our chapter this year. In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to support our members through a variety of programming events designed to help them grow personally and professionally, and to ensure they feel prepared as they navigate college and post grad. One of the responsibilities I’m most excited about this year is planning our Founders Day celebration. This is a day where our members come together with their pledge families to reflect on our shared values and what it truly means to be a Kappa.
