I’m loving the summer flavors Albi’s Vite! Their limited-time summer menu is packed with fresh, seasonal dishes and perfectly paired cocktails and wines. I started with the Peach Bellini, enjoyed the Burrata Sunburst (if burrata is on the menu, I’m ordering it every time ), then finished with the amazing Charred Citrus Salmon paired with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. And don’t skip dessert! The grapefruit sorbet with fresh berries and spun sugar was the perfect light, refreshing finish.
