Peach Caprese Grilled Cheese sounded like a great idea…. And it was! Sweet peaches, balsamic glaze, creamy mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper on sourdough, cooked in a skillet until golden brown and melty and then drizzled with honey and sprinkled with flaky salt. .
