A weekend boating accident on Lake Pepin has left the Wabasha community mourning the loss of three people, including two members of the Wabasha Fire Department. Authorities say a pontoon boat overturned after colliding with a commercial barge, and three survivors were rescued while a large search operation led to the recovery of the remaining victims.
