An Arizona driver was arrested after troopers say he ran two stop signs and reached 83 MPH in a 45 MPH zone while speeding through Bisbee. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a trooper observed a gray Chevrolet Camaro driving recklessly through city streets on July 11, allegedly blowing through two posted stop signs and rapidly accelerating between intersections before clocking the vehicle at 83 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. During the traffic stop, the driver reportedly told the trooper he had been speeding because he was running late and planned to slow down once he reached the highway. The driver was arrested on suspicion of criminal speeding and reckless driving. The Camaro was towed from the scene and impounded for 20 days. Do you think a 20-day vehicle impound is a fair punishment for driving like this? Send us your stories to be featured on the page. #Arizona #BisbeeAZ #ArizonaNews #RecklessDriving #AZTraffic
