Success ≠ Doing the most! Yesterday I cohosted & coordinated a sold out finale viewing party for the biggest show of the summer!! And the best part? I was at ease, in my element the entire time. That’s the complete opposite of how I showed up for the previous one. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 5+ years and spent most of that time taking on all the workload, never truly getting to enjoy the intentional gatherings I had helped bring to life because I was stressed behind the scenes. This past year I’ve learned my value and now lean on my team to do what they’re good at, allowing me to do the same. You shouldn’t have to do it all alone and whatever you do should bring you joy!!
