From raw material to finished fully customized gear. 🎒🔨 I’ve been wanting to customize the back of my @pgytechglobal backpack, so today we are handcrafting a custom veg-tan leather patch from scratch. The process started over at the laser bed. I’m using the @xtool.official P2 55W CO2 laser to cut the precise initial outline and dial in the design details on some premium veg-tan leather I picked up from @michaelsstores . Once the laser finished the clean cuts, I prepped the piece and attached a heavy-duty Velcro backing so it’s modular and ready to swap onto any hook-and-loop panel. For the filmmakers and gearheads wondering how this was shot: we brought out the heavy hitters for this project.
